We are ValueFlow360™

We identify where your operation leaks value. Then we build the roadmap.

With ValueFlow360™ and the AI-powered ValueFlow Nexus™ platform, enterprise leaders get the activity-level fact base they need to identify value leakage, quantify the opportunities, and commit to an execution-ready roadmap — built from their own people's data, in four weeks.

What We Believe

Four convictions.
Non-negotiable.

01
The process is always where value is destroyed — and where it is recovered.
Across automotive plants, chemical manufacturers, oil and gas operations, healthcare systems, and global enterprise functions, the pattern never changes. Technology gets blamed. People get blamed. But the process underneath was never mapped at activity level, never measured, and never understood by the people who commissioned the transformation. That single insight is the reason ValueFlow360™ exists. Fix the process first. Everything else — automation, AI, ERP, efficiency — follows from that.
02
Your own people's data is the only evidence a leadership team cannot dismiss.
We have sat in enough executive rooms to know what happens to benchmarks. They get challenged on methodology, adjusted for context, and quietly set aside. But when the data comes from your own organization — anonymized, AI-analyzed, and mapped to every activity your team actually runs — that conversation does not end the same way. ValuePulse™ exists because we learned this the hard way, across dozens of engagements in industries where the stakes of getting it wrong were measured in tens of millions of dollars.
03
Transformation that takes 16 weeks to diagnose is not transformation. It is delay.
The standard consulting model was not designed for speed. It was designed to maximize billable hours against a problem that could have been solved in a fraction of the time. We built ValueFlow Nexus™ specifically to break that model — pre-populating the ValueMap™ before Session 1, running four-pass AI analysis overnight, and delivering seven board-ready deliverables at Session 4. Four weeks is not a compressed version of what consulting firms do. It is a fundamentally different approach, built by people who spent years inside the old model and decided to build something better.
04
The client owns everything. The engagement ends. The capability does not.
Every engagement we run produces seven deliverables that belong permanently to the client — not to us. The ValueMap™, the ROI Priority Matrix™, the Pain Point Register, the ValueFlow Roadmap™. No ongoing license to access your own findings. No consulting dependency to maintain the roadmap. And for clients who want to keep the capability live — to re-survey, track KPI actuals, and score new opportunities as they emerge — ValueFlow Nexus™ is available as a standalone platform. That choice belongs to them. Not to us.
Our History

Built from the inside
of transformation.

ValueFlow360™ was not built in a boardroom. It was built across decades of enterprise engagements — watching the same problems repeat, the same programmes stall, and the same leaders leave without the fact base they needed.

The Foundation
Two decades of enterprise transformation — from the inside.
The founders of ValueFlow360™ built their careers running large-scale transformation engagements across manufacturing, chemicals, energy, financial services, healthcare, and technology — at GE, Accenture, and beyond. Collectively they have led process transformation, intelligent automation, ERP readiness, AI strategy, and operational efficiency programmes across four continents. Every engagement left the same question: why does this take so long, cost so much, and still leave leadership without a fact base they fully believe in?
The Problem
The methodology existed. The platform didn't.
The PVA (Process Value Alignment) methodology — the intellectual foundation of ValueFlow360™ — had been applied across $100M+ in transformation engagements. The outcomes were consistently superior to traditional consulting approaches. The problem was that the analysis was manual, the roadmap was built from scratch each time, and the client owned nothing permanently. The opportunity was to take that methodology and build a platform that automated the preparation, ran the analysis overnight, and delivered everything in four weeks at a fraction of Big 4 cost.
The Build
ValueFlow Nexus™ — the AI platform that makes it possible.
ValueFlow360™ was founded in Houston, Texas. The ValueFlow Nexus™ platform was designed from first principles: pre-populate the ValueMap™ before the client arrives, deploy the survey within 24 hours of Session 1, run the four-pass AI analysis overnight, and export seven board-ready deliverables at Session 4. No manual build. No post-engagement report. The platform does the work so the engagement focuses entirely on decisions.
First Engagement
Aldara Chemical Group. $5.3M identified. Three weeks.
The first full ValueFlow360™ engagement ran in three weeks across a 180-FTE Procurement function at a specialty chemical manufacturer. Twelve opportunities identified, scored, and phase-assigned. $1.8M in Quick Wins committed before Session 4 ended. A $2.4M ERP investment restructured after Pass 4 surfaced a leadership-practitioner divergence no one had seen. The engagement paid for itself before implementation began.
Growing
Financial services. Healthcare. Multiple functions. Multiple industries.
Meridian Financial Group followed — a client onboarding transformation that reduced average cycle time from 47 to 17 days and identified $3.0M in net benefit in four weeks. The methodology proved transferable across functions and industries. ValueFlow360™ now serves clients across 19 industry models — from procurement and finance to HR, IT, legal, and customer operations. The platform continues to be refined with every engagement.
Today
Global delivery. One standard of evidence.
ValueFlow360™ delivers globally, with no geographic limits. Every engagement runs the same methodology, the same four sessions, the same overnight AI analysis, and the same seven deliverables. The only thing that changes is the function, the industry, and the data. That is by design. Consistency is what makes the results reproducible — and the roadmap defensible.
Our Leadership

Practitioners first.
Leaders always.

ValueFlow360™ was built by people who have run the engagements, led the workshops, and sat across the table from the executives asking for a better answer. That experience is in every part of the methodology.
